Kegel training on Apple Watch with K-Core
Install K-Core on a paired Apple Watch, choose taps or sound, and understand sync, language and free versus Plus access.
K-Core offers guided pelvic floor sessions on a paired Apple Watch, with workout timing and optional wrist taps or sound. The watch is a companion option; you can use K-Core on iPhone without owning one.
Install on both paired devices
- Install the latest K-Core on your iPhone and complete its introduction.
- Open Apple’s Watch app on iPhone and check that K-Core is installed on the paired watch.
- Open K-Core on iPhone after an update, then open it on the watch.
- Keep Bluetooth enabled and the paired devices nearby during initial state exchange.
K-Core supports iOS 17 or later and watchOS 10 or later. Check the App Store’s compatibility details for your device.
Choose workout cues
In the watch app, Workout Cues controls the intentional taps and sounds K-Core plays:
- No Workout Cues: turns off K-Core’s intentional workout cue taps and sounds.
- Taps Without Sound: wrist taps without app sound cues.
- Taps + Sound: adds app sound cues and allows spoken cues.
- Hold Start/End Only: minimal cues at hold boundaries rather than full rhythmic guidance.
These settings do not silence every Apple Watch notification. The watch’s system Silent Mode, haptics settings and media volume are separate controls. Try your chosen cue mode before relying on it somewhere quiet.
Understand access and sync
The free versus Plus boundary also applies on the watch. Phases 1–3 are free; Phase 4–6 purchase access and My Routine require Plus, with progression and recovery conditions still in place. If purchases appear missing, use Restore Purchases on iPhone and allow paired-device state to update.
Watch connectivity exchanges workout state with the phone. K-Core does not provide CloudKit synchronization of workout history or check-ins. My Routine is created on iPhone and mirrored to the paired watch; the watch retains its latest valid snapshot for offline use. Offline availability does not imply that newly changed phone settings arrive immediately.
Language and troubleshooting
English and Thai are supported. The watch follows its own target localization; changing an iPhone setting does not guarantee that every watch surface changes too. If state looks stale, check both app versions, the paired connection and installation before contacting support.
Watch taps guide timing; they do not measure pelvic floor activity or verify technique. For the first iPhone session, use Getting started. For privacy and feature considerations, read our app-selection guide.
