These terms govern Cellarune, including cellar management, the separate Cellarune Account, Premium, Smart Scan, and drinking-window estimation.

Cellarune is intended only for people who are 20 years or older in Thailand, and of legal drinking age where they live. Apple's 18+ App Store age rating is a platform content rating, not Cellarune's Thailand eligibility rule. Cellarune is an informational cellar-management tool, does not encourage excessive consumption, and is not health or safety advice.
Cellar Data is stored on your device and may sync through your private Apple iCloud account. You are responsible for device/Apple-account access and for checking that important records synced.
A separate Cellarune Account is required only for managed smart features and account deletion. Premium purchase, Restore Purchases, unlimited bottle storage, and Premium import do not require a Cellarune Account. Account deletion does not delete private iCloud Cellar Data or cancel an App Store subscription. Interrupted deletion leaves Cellar Data and Store Subscription features available, but managed AI stays disabled until deletion completes. Cellarune v1 has no one-tap whole-cellar iCloud reset; individual deletion and export remain available.
The same Apple Account cannot create another Cellarune Account for 30 days after deletion. A later new account starts with fresh smart-feature allowances.
Cellarune may read Label Photos and estimate Drinking Windows. Output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It does not guarantee authenticity, value, condition, drinkability, food safety, health effect, or suitability. Do not submit sensitive personal information or content you cannot lawfully process.
Before sending Label Photos or Bottle Details through Cellarune's authenticated Firebase backend to Google Gemini, Cellarune asks for a versioned, device-local Third-Party AI Permission. The Privacy Notice lists the data, purpose, provider, overseas processing, retention, and withdrawal choices. Not now cancels without using an allowance. Withdrawal in Settings makes the next request ask again.
Free users receive ten lifetime Smart Scan Attempts. Premium receives 100 AI analyses per UTC month, shared by Smart Scan and Drinking Window Update, with a daily limit of 50. Each admitted request consumes one attempt, including a partial result or provider failure. Allowances do not roll over. Up to three photos per Smart Scan is a processing limit, not a three-scan allowance.
You retain ownership of photos, notes, bottle details, and other content you add. You permit Cellarune and its providers to process it only as needed to deliver a feature you request, protect the service, or comply with law. You are responsible for its legality and accuracy.
Free includes 25 active bottles; consumed history does not count. Premium includes unlimited active bottles and costs ฿99/month or ฿799/year as an auto-renewing Apple subscription without an introductory trial. Apple's purchase sheet shows current Thailand price and renewal terms before confirmation.
Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting the app, Cellarune Account, or Cellar Data does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel through Apple. Purchase and Restore Purchases remain available without a Cellarune Account, including during the 30-day account-recreation waiting period. Managed AI remains unavailable until account deletion finishes and an account is available again.
Do not use Cellarune unlawfully; upload malicious, unlawful, or infringing content; bypass authentication, entitlement, quotas, bans, App Check, or other controls; interfere with the service or providers; or automate/reverse engineer access except where applicable law expressly permits it.
The Privacy Notice explains processing by Cellarune, Apple, Google/Firebase/Gemini, RevenueCat, and Microsoft Azure, including overseas processing and privacy rights.
Online features may be unavailable because of maintenance, networks, quotas, provider outages, or platform changes. Access may be limited or suspended to prevent abuse, protect users/providers, or enforce these terms.
Cellarune is provided “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted sync, AI output, and provider availability are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from Cellarune, loss of access, decisions based on AI output, or matters outside reasonable control. This does not exclude rights or liability that law does not allow to be excluded.
